The Last Day of Nest 2nd Gen Support

Sett is officially on the clock to ship - as of today I won't be able to remotely change the thermostat settings at my house because today is the final day that Google will allow users of the 2nd gen Nest thermostat to use the Nest and Google Home apps with their thermostat. 

In a matter of hours, this expensive early product of the Internet of Things will enter the Google Graveyard. Here's what Google had to say to Nest customers today:
